These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Mosquito Corp. By scheduling or receiving services, you agree to the following terms.
Mosquito Corp provides outdoor mosquito and tick control treatments to residential and commercial properties in the Westchester, NY area. Service details, frequency, and pricing are outlined at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property on the scheduled service date. If access is denied or unsafe conditions are present, Mosquito Corp reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment. A rescheduling fee may apply.
Payment is due at the time of service unless a billing arrangement has been established in advance. We accept all major credit cards and electronic payments via our Pay Now portal. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee. Mosquito Corp reserves the right to suspend service for unpaid accounts.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Mosquito Corp reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
If you are not completely satisfied with the effectiveness of our service, contact us within 7 days of your application and we will re-treat your property at no charge. If you're still not satisfied, we will refund 100% of your purchase price for that application. Our job is not done until our client is satisfied.
Our treatments use organically safe products. However, we recommend keeping pets and children off treated areas until the application has fully dried, typically 30 to 45 minutes after treatment. Mosquito Corp is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to follow re-entry guidelines.
By participating in our referral program, you agree that both you and the referred customer must be active paying customers to receive the $50 discount. Discounts are applied to future service invoices and cannot be redeemed for cash. Mosquito Corp reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Mosquito Corp related to your service, including appointment reminders and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS terms.
Mosquito Corp's liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Mosquito Corp does not guarantee complete elimination of mosquitoes or ticks, as results may vary based on environmental conditions.
All content on the Mosquito Corp website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Mosquito Corp and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, New York.
Mosquito Corp reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
